Repurposing & workflow
What is the best LinkedIn content tool for founders in 2026?
The best LinkedIn content tool for founders in 2026 is one that starts from recordings you already create - sales calls, investor updates, podcasts - and drafts posts in your voice with funnel-stage awareness, not a blank prompt. SparkVox extracts up to 15 moments per recording, scores drafts for relevance, tracks Awareness vs Authority vs Conversion in Post Analytics, and compounds a voice profile from every approval and edit. Founders who post consistently without ghostwriters typically pair recording-first repurposing with a human review step before publish.
How to Turn a Podcast Into LinkedIn Posts Automatically
Turn a podcast into LinkedIn posts automatically by uploading the episode audio, pasting a YouTube URL, or importing a transcript, then running moment extraction instead of summarizing the whole show. SparkVox transcribes when needed, finds insight-rich segments, and drafts up to 15 LinkedIn posts in your voice - one per moment. You review each draft in a funnel-balanced post plan, edit or skip branches, and approve before anything publishes. Pick Host or Guest perspective on interview episodes so only your lines feed the drafts.
How do you repurpose Zoom recordings into LinkedIn content?
Repurpose Zoom recordings into LinkedIn content by importing cloud recordings from Zoom on Pro, Accelerate, or Scale via New Project → Meetings, or by downloading MP3/MP4/TXT/SRT and uploading to SparkVox. Sparky transcribes when needed, extracts moments worth posting, and drafts up to 15 LinkedIn posts in your voice. Review in your project, edit sensitive details, approve, and publish directly to LinkedIn.
How to Turn Sales Calls Into LinkedIn Content
The best way to turn sales calls into LinkedIn content is to upload or import the recording, isolate your voice on multi-speaker calls, extract objections and frameworks you explained live, and draft one LinkedIn post per insight - not a call recap. SparkVox does moment extraction and voice-matched drafting; you anonymize client details in your project before approving. Sales calls are high-trust source material because the language is how you persuade in real conversations.
How do founders create LinkedIn content without spending hours writing?
Founders create LinkedIn content without hours of writing by repurposing recordings they already make - sales calls, podcasts, investor updates - into multiple drafts per session. SparkVox extracts moments and writes posts in your voice; you spend five to fifteen minutes reviewing your drafts instead of sixty minutes drafting from scratch. Consistent publishing comes from a pipeline, not from becoming a full-time writer.
How do you turn a meeting transcript into LinkedIn posts?
Turn a meeting transcript into LinkedIn posts by uploading a .txt or .srt file (or the MP3 if you need transcription), choosing Knowledge & Advisory or Podcast/Interview source type, picking the right perspective, and running moment extraction. SparkVox scans the full transcript for quotable segments and drafts one LinkedIn post per moment. TXT and SRT skip transcription billing and go straight to extraction.
How many LinkedIn posts can I get from one recording?
One recording processed in SparkVox produces up to 15 LinkedIn post drafts. Most 45-60 minute recordings yield six to twelve posts worth approving after you skip weak or redundant moments. A 20-30 minute call typically produces four to eight drafts. The number depends on how much substantive, insight-dense material is in the recording - a sales call where you explain your approach in depth produces more than a quick status update meeting.
Can I repurpose a webinar into LinkedIn posts?
Yes. Upload the webinar recording, paste the YouTube or video URL, or import from cloud storage. Choose Knowledge & Advisory as the source kind and Expert or Trainer as perspective. Sparky extracts the insight-dense moments from the full transcript and drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice. A 60-minute webinar typically produces eight to twelve post drafts.
What Is the Best LinkedIn Repurposing Tool for PR Agencies in 2026?
The best LinkedIn repurposing tool for PR agencies in 2026 turns a client's podcast guest spot or media placement into two weeks of LinkedIn content in the client's own voice, not the agency's. SparkVox handles this with per-client accounts and voice profiles - upload the episode with Guest perspective, select the client's speaker track from the diarized transcript, and drafts come back sourced only from what the client actually said on air, ready for the agency's QA pass and the client's approval.
What Is the Best AI Tool for Non-Native English LinkedIn Posts?
The best AI tool for non-native English LinkedIn posts skips literal translation entirely and drafts directly in natural English from what you meant, not what you said word-for-word. SparkVox transcribes a recording in whatever language you spoke it, reads the full conversation for meaning, and writes LinkedIn posts directly in idiomatic English - avoiding the stiff, obviously-translated phrasing that comes from running a transcript through Google Translate and polishing it with a generic AI writer.
What Is the Best LinkedIn Content Tool for Consultants and Coaches in 2026?
The best LinkedIn content tool for consultants and coaches in 2026 extracts reusable frameworks from client calls and workshops while leaving client-identifying details behind - not a generic prompt-based writer. SparkVox's Advisor perspective isolates a consultant's own contributions from a multi-speaker client call using speaker diarization, then drafts posts around the frameworks and strategic advice that generalize, without the confidential context that doesn't need to travel to LinkedIn.
What Is the Best Way for Busy Executives to Post on LinkedIn Consistently?
The best way for busy executives to post on LinkedIn consistently is to source content from recordings that already exist - strategy meetings, board calls, all-hands, keynotes - instead of adding a new writing habit to an already-full calendar. SparkVox connects to Zoom, Fathom, Fireflies, Google Meet, Granola, YouTube, or RSS so recordings flow in automatically, drafts posts against a compounding voice profile, and requires about ten minutes of review and approval - no blank page, no briefing calls, no ghostwriter relationship to manage.
What Is the Best White-Label LinkedIn Content Tool for Agencies in 2026?
The best white-label-friendly LinkedIn content tool for agencies in 2026 is one built around per-author accounts, so each client's voice profile stays fully isolated and the agency's own branding never has to appear in the client-facing output. SparkVox runs one account per LinkedIn author - agencies fold repurposing into their existing service line and bill it under their own retainer, without SparkVox branding touching what the client sees.
What Is the Best Tool for Turning Podcast Guest Appearances Into LinkedIn Posts?
The best tool for turning podcast guest appearances into LinkedIn posts uses speaker diarization to isolate the guest's own voice from the host's, so drafts are built only from what the guest actually said - not the host's questions or a co-guest's answers. SparkVox's Guest perspective does this directly: upload the episode file, link, or transcript, select your voice from the diarized speaker samples, and Sparky drafts posts grouped by funnel stage from your moments only.
Voice & AI quality
Can AI write LinkedIn posts that sound like you?
Yes - if the AI learns from your transcripts and edits over time, not from a one-off prompt. SparkVox builds a voice profile from every recording you process, every post you approve as-is, and every edit you make before approving. Brief Sparky adds who you are and what you care about. By uploads five or six, most users report drafts that sound like them on a good day, not like generic AI. Voice Confidence in Settings tracks how much material Sparky has learned from.
How does voice profile learning work for LinkedIn AI?
Voice profile learning for LinkedIn AI in SparkVox combines transcript analysis (tone, hooks, sentence style, rhythm), approvals and edits before publish (style corrections), Brief Sparky context (who you are strategically), and optional feedback from top-performing direct LinkedIn publishes. Voice Confidence shows progress 0-100%. The profile compounds - each upload and edit makes the next project's drafts closer to your natural voice without re-prompting.
What is a voice profile in SparkVox?
A voice profile in SparkVox is a per-account model that learns how you write from every recording you process, every post you approve as-is, and every edit you make before approving. It captures your vocabulary, sentence rhythm, hook patterns, structural habits, and topic tendencies - so drafts get progressively closer to sounding like you without additional prompting. Voice Confidence in Settings shows how much material Sparky has learned from, on a 0-100% scale.
How do I train an AI tool on my personal brand voice so it doesn't sound generic?
Train an AI on your brand voice by sourcing content from recordings of you talking, not from text prompts or scraped LinkedIn posts. The mechanism that produces voice-accurate output is transcript-based learning: upload recordings of sales calls, podcasts, or interviews, and let the AI extract posts from your actual words. Pair this with a compounding voice profile that deepens from every approval and edit. Prompt tools cannot reproduce this because they start from zero each session and have no source material that reflects how you actually communicate.
Why does AI-generated LinkedIn content sound generic even when I try to personalize it?
AI LinkedIn content sounds generic even with personalization attempts because the input is wrong, not the instructions. Prompts and style samples teach a model your surface patterns - vocabulary range, sentence rhythm, topic preferences. They cannot source the specific stories, client situations, frameworks, and phrases that only appear when you're explaining your expertise in real conversation. The fix is architectural: start from recordings of you talking, not from a text box, and let the voice profile compound from every approval and edit.
What is speaker diarization and why does it matter for LinkedIn repurposing?
Speaker diarization is the process of identifying and separating different speakers in an audio or video recording - labeling who said what. In SparkVox, diarization is used when you upload a podcast interview or multi-speaker call with Guest or Advisor perspective. It separates your voice from the host's or other participants', so LinkedIn post drafts are written from what you said, not from what everyone said.
Schedule & publish
Does LinkedIn have a post-scheduling API?
No. LinkedIn's official API supports immediate publishing through approved apps, not a native schedule-this-for-Tuesday endpoint. Legitimate schedulers store your post and time in their own queue, then call LinkedIn's publish-now API when the clock hits. SparkVox does this through LinkedIn's official Content API after you review and confirm each draft in the schedule modal - you still approve before anything queues.
How do you schedule LinkedIn posts in SparkVox?
Schedule LinkedIn posts in SparkVox by reviewing a draft in your project, opening Schedule in the post drawer, picking personal profile or company page, confirming date and time, and approving. On Pro, Accelerate, and Scale, queued posts auto-publish through LinkedIn's official API at the chosen moment. Open Schedule in the app sidebar for week and month calendar views, drag to reschedule, and use Post Analytics to see how scheduled publishes performed.
What are schedule runway reminders in SparkVox?
Schedule runway reminders warn you before your LinkedIn posting queue runs dry. SparkVox tracks how many days remain until your last queued post publishes on each connected channel. When the soonest-empty channel is running low, you see a Schedule nav badge, a persistent sidebar card at critical levels, and an amber banner on the Schedule page - so you queue another batch before your feed goes quiet, not after.
Can you publish to LinkedIn company pages from SparkVox?
Yes. SparkVox publishes directly to LinkedIn company pages you administer on Pro, Accelerate, and Scale. Connect LinkedIn, enable which company pages can post under Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn, then pick personal profile or a company page per draft in the post editor before you approve or schedule. Post Analytics includes a channel filter when you publish to multiple identities.
Smart Schedule Pre-Fill vs Analytics Timing Coaching
Smart schedule pre-fill in SparkVox copies your last scheduled slot per channel plus one day - a continuity shortcut on every paid plan. Analytics timing coaching in Post Analytics learns which weekday and hour brackets actually moved your metrics after enough direct publishes. Pre-fill answers when did I usually post; coaching answers when did my audience respond. They are separate features, not duplicates.
Post Analytics & ROI
What is funnel-aware LinkedIn content?
Funnel-aware LinkedIn content is posts deliberately aimed at Awareness (reach), Authority (trust and engagement), or Conversion (clicks and pipeline) - not random topics week to week. SparkVox labels drafts by funnel stage when generating from recordings, and Post Analytics What's Working tab scores each stage on its native metric so you know whether to publish more reach posts or more trust-building posts next.
How do I get proof that my LinkedIn content strategy is working?
Prove your LinkedIn content strategy is working by tracking three leading indicators - profile views per week, follower growth velocity, and inbound DM/connection requests from target buyers - not just likes and impressions. SparkVox Post Analytics shows impressions by funnel stage, and Posting Impact correlates your publishing days with profile views. What's Working scores each topic theme and funnel stage so you know whether to publish more Awareness or Conversion content next week.
How does SparkVox Post Analytics work?
SparkVox Post Analytics tracks LinkedIn performance for posts you published directly through the app. Four tabs cover Posting Impact (impressions and profile views over time), What's Working (topic rankings and funnel-stage scores), Weekly reports (Sparky coaching digests), and Post Details (per-post metrics). Metrics sync from LinkedIn's member post analytics API on Pro, Accelerate, and Scale. Preset timeframes (7d, 30d, 90d, Lifetime) are on every paid plan; custom from/to ranges on Posting Impact and What's Working require Accelerate or Scale. Top-performing publishes can feed future project generation.
How do you read What's Working in SparkVox Post Analytics?
Open Post Analytics → What's Working (the second tab). Pick your LinkedIn channel and date range - preset windows (7d, 30d, 90d, Lifetime) on every paid plan, or a custom from/to range on Accelerate and Scale (shared with Posting Impact). Topic rankings roll up posts by the short theme Sparky assigned during generation (for example customer discovery or pricing) and rank them by the metric you choose - impressions, profile views, engagement, or clicks. Funnel stage scores compare Awareness, Authority, and Conversion on their native metrics and recommend where to shift your next week's mix. On Accelerate and Scale, a plain-English strategy card summarizes the move. Timing coaching on the same tab learns weekday and hour patterns after enough direct publishes.
Which LinkedIn metric should you optimize?
Pick one LinkedIn metric that matches your quarterly goal, then check whether your content mix supports it. Optimize impressions for awareness on new topics, profile views for founder pipeline, engagement for trust when reach exists but comments lag, and link clicks for conversion-stage demos or hiring CTAs. SparkVox Post Analytics scores funnel stages on their native metrics in What's Working so you know which lane to shift next.
Engage & comments
How to Manage LinkedIn Comments in SparkVox
On Pro, Accelerate, and Scale, open Engage in the SparkVox app sidebar after you publish through SparkVox. SparkVox syncs comments and reactions nightly on your published posts. Reply manually from the inbox, mark threads done, see top engagers on the People tab, and turn audience comments into content suggestions on the Ideas tab for your next project.
How to Get Employees to Engage With Company Posts
Get employees to engage with company page posts by publishing content worth commenting on - customer proof and craft stories, not logo announcements - then asking specific contributors to add one substantive comment in the first hour. Leaders comment first. Avoid mandatory like campaigns and Slack spam for every post. Tag people who did the work when it is genuine. SparkVox publishes company page posts directly so you can pair strong drafts with a lightweight internal amplification habit.
How does SparkVox Engage work?
SparkVox Engage is the comment and relationship inbox for posts you published directly through the app. On Pro, Accelerate, and Scale, it syncs comments and reactions nightly, lets you reply and mark threads done, ranks top engagers on the People tab, and surfaces content ideas from substantive comments on the Suggestions tab. Replies are manual - SparkVox does not auto-comment with AI bots.
What is the 90-minute LinkedIn engagement window?
LinkedIn decides how far to distribute a post in the first 60-90 minutes after publish. It shows the post to a small follower subset, watches early likes, comments, reposts, and dwell time, then expands or throttles reach. Strong replies in that window can multiply distribution; silence truncates it. Scheduling does not replace being present - plan to reply in SparkVox Engage when publish notifications fire.
Company pages
Company Page or Personal Profile: Where to Post?
Post thought leadership, opinion, and founder journey on your personal profile. Post customer proof, team craft, employer brand, and category education on your company page. Most founders need both: personal profile two to three times per week for reach and relationships, company page one to two times per week for prospect and candidate trust. SparkVox lets you pick personal profile or company page per draft before you publish.
How often should you post on a LinkedIn company page?
Post on your LinkedIn company page one to two times per week with substance - customer proof, team craft, or employer brand - not daily job links. Pair with two to three personal posts per week on your profile. Consistency matters more than volume; one strong proof post beats five thin product updates. SparkVox Post Analytics channel filters show which company-page cadence moves impressions for your page.
What is the best content for a LinkedIn company page?
The best LinkedIn company page content is customer proof with specifics, team and craft stories, employer brand when hiring, and category education that helps your market without a product pitch. Avoid press-release tone and logo-only announcements. Repurpose sales calls, success reviews, and internal training into proof posts - SparkVox extracts moments and lets you route drafts to your company page before publish.
Why do LinkedIn company page posts get low reach?
LinkedIn company page posts get low reach when follower counts are small, early engagement in the first 60-90 minutes is weak, content sounds like press releases, or posts lack comments from employees and customers. Company pages start colder than personal profiles. Fix it with proof-rich posts, leader and employee comments in the first hour, and a consistent weekly cadence - not more product screenshots.
Company page vs personal profile for B2B SaaS founders?
B2B SaaS founders should post thought leadership, market takes, and founder journey on their personal profile - where buyers and investors already follow people. Post customer proof, implementation outcomes, hiring and craft stories on the company page - where prospects and candidates validate the business after seeing you personally. Run both: roughly two to three personal posts and one to two company posts per week, often from the same sales calls and customer sessions.
Does LinkedIn company page content help SEO?
LinkedIn company page content helps indirect SEO more than traditional keyword rankings. Public company posts and an active About section give Google and AI search systems fresh, credible signals about what your business does. Buyers and candidates discover you via LinkedIn search and AI research before they hit your website. The primary win is trust and discoverability in professional search - not replacing your blog for organic Google traffic.
LinkedIn ads
Should you boost LinkedIn posts with ads?
Boost LinkedIn posts with ads after organic proof - when a post already earned strong comments, profile views, or clicks and you want more of the same audience to see it. Skip boosting posts that underperformed organically, content you never replied to in the first hour, or company pages you have not fixed with proof content and employee advocacy. SparkVox Post Analytics helps pick winners; Campaign Manager executes the spend.
How do you pick which LinkedIn post to boost?
Pick a LinkedIn post to boost from Post Analytics on direct SparkVox publishes - not from how the post felt when you wrote it. Match the winning metric to your campaign goal: profile views for founder pipeline, comments for trust, link clicks for demos or hiring. Confirm the post passed the organic engagement test with replies in the first hour, then sponsor one proven angle instead of boosting your whole calendar.
Thought Leader Ads vs Boost Post: which should B2B founders use?
Use LinkedIn Boost Post to amplify an existing organic post quickly - strong for company proof, event CTAs, and hiring content that already earned clicks or comments. Use Thought Leader Ads when a founder's personal posts outperform the company page and you want ICP targeting beyond existing followers. Both fail on generic copy that never worked organically - measure in Post Analytics first, then sponsor the winner in Campaign Manager.

Safety & privacy
Will using an automated LinkedIn posting tool get my account suspended?
Yes - some automation tools can trigger LinkedIn's anti-bot detection and suspend your account. The risk comes from tools that auto-post, auto-comment, or auto-DM at scale using unofficial API methods. SparkVox uses LinkedIn's official Content API. You review every draft before it publishes or schedules - nothing queues without your confirmation in the schedule modal.
Is it safe to put your sales call transcripts into an AI tool?
It is safe when you control what goes in and what goes out. Your calls are often already recorded and transcribed by Zoom, Fireflies, Fathom, or Otter before any content tool sees them. The real protection is procedural: do not process genuinely confidential calls, review every draft before publish, and post the insight rather than client-specific details. SparkVox never auto-publishes - you approve each post after editing - and voice learning stays in your account from transcripts you upload, not from scraping LinkedIn.
Why does automating LinkedIn comments get accounts banned?
LinkedIn treats automated comments, likes, and connection spam as inauthentic activity that degrades the network - not legitimate growth. Tools that log in as you or scrape the feed to fake human engagement operate outside official APIs and carry ban risk. SparkVox uses LinkedIn's official API for publish, analytics, and Engage inbox sync with manual replies only - the same approved access model, not auto-comment bots.
Pricing & plans
Pay-per-post vs monthly subscription: which LinkedIn content tool pricing model is better?
For most LinkedIn creators posting 1-3 times per week, pay-per-use pricing is more efficient than a flat monthly subscription. A $40/month flat fee costs the same whether you publish 4 posts or 40. SparkVox Pro at $97/month includes 4 hours of processing time - roughly 8-12 full calls or podcast episodes, yielding 80-180 draft posts to review. Heavy users benefit from Scale at $597/month with no monthly processing cap. The right model depends on your publishing volume and how much you actually use the tool.
What is the difference between SparkVox Pro and Accelerate?
SparkVox Pro ($97/month) includes 4 hours of processing per month, a 30-day scheduling horizon, Post Analytics metrics with preset timeframes (7d, 30d, 90d, Lifetime), weekly performance reports, LinkedIn comment engagement, posting timing insights in What's Working, and smart schedule pre-fill per channel. Accelerate ($297/month) doubles processing to 8 hours, extends scheduling to 90 days, adds custom analytics timeframes, and native export of Engage → People to HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Attio. Scale ($597/month) adds unlimited processing and a 365-day scheduling horizon.
How can agencies use AI to ghostwrite LinkedIn content for multiple clients without losing each person's voice?
Agencies ghostwrite LinkedIn content for multiple clients without losing voice by keeping one account per client, not sharing a single account across clients. Each client's recordings train their own voice profile independently - sentence style, hooks, vocabulary, storytelling patterns. SparkVox supports this model: create a project per client account, upload their calls or interviews, and Sparky drafts in their voice, not a generic AI tone shared across all accounts.
Product & integrations
How long does SparkVox take to process a recording?
SparkVox processing takes roughly one to three minutes per ten minutes of content. A 30-minute call typically returns drafts in three to eight minutes. A 60-minute recording typically takes eight to fifteen minutes. You do not need to stay on the page while it processes - SparkVox sends a notification when drafts are ready.
Does SparkVox work with Fathom Notetaker?
Yes. SparkVox has a native Fathom integration. Connect your Fathom account under Settings → Integrations, then pick your Fathom recordings from the Meetings tab when creating a new project. SparkVox imports the recording server-side - no manual download required - and extracts LinkedIn post drafts from the transcript in your voice.
Does SparkVox work with Fireflies?
Yes. SparkVox works with Fireflies in two ways: import a Fireflies transcript or recording into a SparkVox project on Pro and above, or connect Fireflies on Scale for automatic project suggestions when new meetings finish. Sparky extracts moments and drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice - you review and approve before anything publishes to LinkedIn.
Does SparkVox work with YouTube?
Yes. Connect your YouTube channel under Settings → Integrations → Content sources with read-only Google OAuth. SparkVox syncs your uploads playlist hourly and surfaces new videos as project suggestions. Pick a video when creating a project, Sparky extracts moments, and you review LinkedIn drafts before publishing - or paste a public YouTube URL when uploading audio instead of connecting the channel.
Does SparkVox work with podcast RSS feeds?
Yes. On Pro, Accelerate, or Scale, paste your podcast RSS feed URL under Settings → Integrations → Content sources → Podcast RSS. SparkVox polls hourly for episodes published in the last 90 days that are at least 5 minutes with an audio file, then surfaces them in the From recordings dropdown and New Project URL tab. Accept a suggestion to pre-fill audio URL, title, and duration - no OAuth required. Sparky extracts moments and drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice; you review and approve before publishing.
How do project folders work in SparkVox?
Project folders are colour-coded groups on the Projects page that keep related work separate without changing review or publish flows. The main list shows only unfiled projects; open a folder to see its members. Add projects by drag-and-drop onto a folder card, the folder icon on a project card, or multi-select with the bulk Add to folder bar. A project can belong to more than one folder. Pro includes 1 folder, Accelerate 3, and Scale 6.
Does SparkVox work with Zoom?
Yes. SparkVox works with Zoom on Pro, Accelerate, and Scale. Connect Zoom under Settings → Integrations → Meetings, then pick finished cloud recordings from New Project → Meetings without downloading files first. SparkVox imports server-side, extracts moments, and drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice. You can also export MP3, MP4, TXT, or SRT from Zoom and upload manually on any plan during trial.
Does SparkVox work with Granola?
Yes. On Pro, Accelerate, and Scale, connect Granola under Settings → Integrations → Meetings with a Granola API key, then pick finished notes from New Project → Meetings. SparkVox fetches transcripts server-side and drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice. Granola API keys require Granola Business or Enterprise. Only notes with an AI summary and transcript in Granola appear in the picker.
Does SparkVox work with Google Meet?
Yes. On Pro, Accelerate, and Scale, connect Google Meet under Settings → Integrations → Meetings with Google OAuth, then pick finished calls from New Project → Meetings. SparkVox fetches Meet transcripts server-side and drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice. Google Meet recordings are only available for import for 30 days after the meeting ends.
Does SparkVox work with Google Drive?
Yes. On Pro, Accelerate, and Scale, connect Google Drive under Settings → Integrations and import MP3, TXT, SRT, or native Google Doc projects from the Import from cloud tab - no download to your computer first. Docs are exported to plain text server-side. SparkVox uses scoped OAuth and the Google Picker so it accesses only files you explicitly select, not your entire Drive. You can also attach images or MP4 media from Drive to an existing draft in the post editor.
Does SparkVox work with Dropbox?
Yes. On Pro, Accelerate, and Scale, connect Dropbox under Settings → Integrations and import MP3, TXT, or SRT projects from the Import from cloud tab using Dropbox's in-app file picker. SparkVox ingests server-side with scoped OAuth - only files you pick, not your whole account. You can also attach images or MP4 media from Dropbox to an existing draft in the post editor.
Does SparkVox work with OneDrive?
Yes. On Pro, Accelerate, and Scale, connect OneDrive under Settings → Integrations and import MP3, TXT, or SRT projects from the Import from cloud tab using Microsoft's in-app file picker. SparkVox ingests server-side with scoped OAuth - only files you select. You can also attach images or MP4 media from OneDrive to an existing draft in the post editor.
Does SparkVox work with HubSpot?
Yes. On Accelerate and Scale, SparkVox pushes people from Engage → People directly into HubSpot as contacts via OAuth - no CSV download and re-upload. Pro can still export the same Engage list as CSV for manual HubSpot import. Export is manual: select rows on the People tab and push when you want warm outreach contacts in your pipeline, not a background sync.
Does SparkVox work with Pipedrive?
Yes. On Accelerate and Scale, SparkVox pushes people from Engage → People into Pipedrive as Persons and Organizations via OAuth - no CSV round-trip. Each record carries engagement custom fields (comments, reactions, funnel mix, LinkedIn URL, job title). Pro can still export CSV for manual Pipedrive import.
Can SparkVox turn a non-English recording into English LinkedIn posts?
Yes. SparkVox transcribes recordings in dozens of spoken languages - including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, and Mandarin - and Sparky always drafts the LinkedIn posts in natural English, regardless of the language you spoke on the recording. It is not a literal, word-for-word translation of the transcript: Sparky reads the full conversation for meaning first, then writes the post the way a fluent English speaker would phrase the idea, so it reaches the English-reading LinkedIn audience without sounding machine-translated.
Does SparkVox turn my recordings into video clips?
No. SparkVox doesn't turn your recordings into video clips - it turns them into LinkedIn posts. Sparky reads the transcript, finds the moments worth saying, and writes them in your voice as text-first drafts, not cut-down video. If you already use a clipping tool like Opus Clip or Riverside for short-form video, pair them: SparkVox handles the writing, they handle the clip.
Do you integrate with my CRM?
SparkVox isn't a CRM, and it doesn't try to be one. Instead, it tracks who is engaging with your LinkedIn content and what funnel stage they showed up at - Awareness, Authority, or Conversion - so you know who is worth pursuing before you ever open your CRM. CSV export of your Engage → People list is available today on every plan; native CRM push (HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Attio, on Accelerate and Scale) pushes contacts across without a manual export and re-upload, and more integrations are on the roadmap.
