September 2026

New

Google Docs import from Google Drive

On Pro, Accelerate, or Scale, pick a native Google Doc in New Project → Import from cloud → Google Drive. SparkVox exports the Doc to plain text server-side and runs the same moment extraction and drafting pipeline as TXT or SRT - no download or copy-paste step.

  • Works alongside MP3, TXT, and SRT in Google Picker (drive.file - only files you select)
  • Developer API: source_type cloud with provider google-drive and the Doc MIME type
  • Distinct from Google Meet transcript Docs (meetings import) - this is any Doc in your Drive
  • See sparkvox.io/help/import-from-cloud-storage and sparkvox.io/for/google-drive
  • Blog: sparkvox.io/blog/google-doc-to-linkedin-without-export
Improved

Drafting pipeline: judgment, not padding

Sparky now compounds editorial decisions across curation and generation - fewer generic drafts, stronger hooks, and learning from what you discard as well as what you edit.

  • Two draft candidates per moment; the stronger hook wins before you see the card
  • Optional positioning claim on Brief Sparky steers moment pick and Awareness/Authority distinctiveness
  • Topics and post styles you often edit or discard are deprioritized on future projects
  • Voice Profile drawer: Draft Feedback tab and theme map on Analytics
  • See sparkvox.io/help/how-project-processing-works, sparkvox.io/help/brief-sparky, and sparkvox.io/help/voice-health-panel
  • Blog: sparkvox.io/blog/sparkvox-draft-pipeline-judgment-not-summaries
New

Wispr Flow integration

Connect Wispr Flow under Settings → Integrations with OAuth on Pro, Accelerate, or Scale. Import finished meeting transcripts from New Project → Meetings, or pick them from the From recordings dropdown on Projects.

  • OAuth connect to Wispr Flow MCP - no manual transcript export
  • Same hourly recording suggestions as Fireflies, Fathom, Granola, Google Meet, and Zoom
  • Sparky curates the strongest moments into funnel-aware LinkedIn posts per transcript
  • See sparkvox.io/for/wispr-flow
Improved

Voice Confidence recalibrated (10 / 40 / 40 / 5)

Voice Confidence in the top bar now combines four slices in the Voice Profile drawer: Brief Sparky (10%), transcripts (+2% flat per processed recording, max 40%), post approvals (max 40%), and published posts with synced Post Analytics (max 5%). Total caps at 99%.

  • Transcript credit is no longer front-loaded - each distinct recording earns +2% up to 40%
  • Most accounts will see the score dip a few points after recalculation; your voice profile data is unchanged
  • Approving drafts and publishing through SparkVox so analytics sync is the fastest way to recover
  • See sparkvox.io/help/how-voice-learning-works and sparkvox.io/blog/voice-confidence-explained
Improved

Stricter moment curation (fewer, stronger posts)

Sparky scores every candidate moment, keeps only relevance 70+ picks, and curates roughly eight posts per 30 minutes of content instead of padding weak moments to hit a count.

  • Project ready screen shows moments found vs posts curated (for example 14 found, 8 curated)
  • Hard cap remains 15 posts per project for long recordings
  • Each surviving draft still maps to Awareness, Authority, or Conversion in your content strategy
  • See sparkvox.io/help/how-project-processing-works and sparkvox.io/blog/why-sparkvox-curates-fewer-posts-per-project
Improved

Topic categories and clearer funnel labels

Post Analytics is easier to act on. Sparky reuses your existing topic vocabulary instead of minting near-duplicates, assigns funnel stages more consistently, and groups labels into broad topic categories for What's Working rankings.

  • Topic labels describe subject matter (for example customer discovery), not post format
  • What's Working ranks core themes and scores Awareness, Authority, and Conversion on the right metrics
  • Weekly reports, Engage funnel filters, and scheduler timing hints benefit from the same labels
  • See sparkvox.io/help/linkedin-post-analytics and sparkvox.io/blog/how-topic-categories-make-post-analytics-actionable
Improved

Developer API read limits expanded

Per API key, rolling 24-hour limits are now 2,000 read requests (GET) and 100 write requests (POST/PATCH/DELETE). Check headroom with GET /api/v1/account under Settings → Developer.

  • Usage columns in Settings → Developer show read and write counts separately
  • See sparkvox.io/help/developer-api and sparkvox.io/docs/api

  • Connect inline from the People Export menu, or manage the connection under Settings → Integrations
  • LinkedIn-native fields only - name, headline, and profile URL; no email or company data

  • See sparkvox.io/help/exporting-engage-people-to-attio

  • Partial failures still export the rest, with a toast showing what succeeded
  • See sparkvox.io/help/exporting-engage-people-to-pipedrive
New

  • Custom from/to picker on Posting Impact and What's Working
  • Accelerate and Scale only; Pro keeps preset ranges
  • Selection stays in the URL and is remembered per LinkedIn channel in this browser

  • Partial failures still export the rest, with a toast showing what succeeded
  • See sparkvox.io/help/exporting-engage-people-to-hubspot
New

Schedule runway reminders

SparkVox now warns you before your posting queue runs dry - a badge on Schedule, a sidebar card when you are down to your last few posts, and an amber banner on the Schedule page showing how many days are left.

  • Badge when your queue ends within 7 days or you have only 2 posts left on the soonest-empty channel
  • Persistent sidebar card when critical (3 days or fewer, or your last queued post)
  • Schedule page banner shows days left and the date your last post publishes
  • Remind me later snoozes the sidebar card for 7 days; dismissing the banner does not snooze the card
  • When you publish to multiple LinkedIn channels, alerts focus on the channel that will go quiet first
  • See sparkvox.io/help/scheduling-linkedin-posts
New

Project folders

Group related projects into colour-coded folders on the Projects page. The main list shows only unfiled projects; open a folder to see its members. Drag projects onto folder cards, use the folder icon on a card, or multi-select with the bulk Add to folder bar.

  • New folder with name and colour; drag folder cards to reorder
  • A project can belong to more than one folder
  • Plan limits: Pro 1 folder, Accelerate 3, Scale 6
  • Downgrade removes oldest folders above your new limit; cancellation removes all folders (projects stay unfiled)
  • See sparkvox.io/help/organising-projects-with-folders
New

Podcast RSS feed sync

Connect your podcast RSS feed under Settings → Integrations → Content sources. SparkVox polls hourly for new episodes and surfaces them in the From recordings dropdown and on the New Project URL tab - no OAuth required.

  • Paste the same RSS URL you'd submit to Apple Podcasts or Spotify
  • Episodes from the last 90 days that are at least 5 minutes with an audio file
  • Accept pre-fills New Project with audio URL, title, and duration
  • Optional email when new episodes appear (Recording draft suggestions preference)
  • See sparkvox.io/for/podcast-rss
New

YouTube channel sync

Connect your YouTube channel once under Settings → Integrations → Content sources. SparkVox checks hourly for new uploads and lists them as ready-to-pick suggestions in New Project → YouTube - no more pasting a URL per video.

  • Read-only Google OAuth - connect once, nothing is ever posted back to YouTube
  • Hourly scan for new uploads on your connected channel
  • Suggested-video dropdown in New Project → YouTube with thumbnail, title, date, and duration
  • Optional email per new video, opt-out under Settings → Notifications
  • Manual YouTube URL import still works on every plan
  • Pro and above; see sparkvox.io/for/youtube
New

Accelerate minutes roll over

Unused Accelerate processing minutes no longer disappear at the end of the month - they roll over with no expiration, so a light month banks runway for a busy one. Pro's included minutes still reset every billing cycle.

  • Accelerate: unused minutes roll over monthly, no expiration
  • Pro: included minutes still reset each billing cycle
  • Downgrading from Accelerate to Pro converts your rollover balance into never-expiring bonus minutes instead of losing it
  • See sparkvox.io/pricing
New

Search the app in one keystroke

  • Press ? anytime for the full keyboard shortcuts cheatsheet

Opt in under Settings → Profile to fold your posting activity into anonymized peer benchmarks and coaching insights, like cadence norms for founders in your position. Off by default.

  • Settings → Profile → Community benchmarks, off by default
  • When on, anonymized posting patterns - stripped of anything that identifies you - power peer benchmarks and coaching insights
  • Aggregated insights may also appear in reports shared outside SparkVox
  • Turn off anytime; nothing is shared unless you opt in
  • See sparkvox.io/help/privacy-and-data
Improved

Status labels on post cards, not just icons

Scheduled, Published, and Discarded now show as text next to the icon on project cards, so status is legible at a glance instead of a color you have to decode.

Improved

Scheduler dates match how you read dates

The inline post scheduler's date picker now formats using your browser's locale instead of always showing US-style MM/DD/YYYY.

Improved

Every post now knows its job

Awareness, Authority, and Conversion were mostly labels. Now the funnel stage changes how Sparky writes the post - different hook, length, evidence, and close for each job.

  • Awareness: 150-250 words, one concrete detail, ends on a reframe - built to travel to people who have never heard of you
  • Authority: 250-350 words, heavy on specifics (numbers, timeframes, real situations) so the reader trusts your judgment
  • Conversion: 200-280 words, opens on the specific person with the specific problem, then one before/after and the ask
  • Different stage, different instructions - not the same post with a different tag
Improved

Conversion posts can finally ask for something

SparkVox still refuses engagement-bait questions at the end of a post. Conversion drafts now get one exception: a single declarative invitation - an action stated as a statement, not a question.

  • One declarative ask only (for example "Drop me a DM if you want the breakdown") - never a question, never three CTAs
  • No "What do you think?" or "Agree or disagree?" engagement bait on any stage
  • The difference between a post that ends and a post that goes somewhere
Improved

First comments match the funnel stage

The first comment used to be a generic add-on. Now it does a different job at Awareness, Authority, and Conversion - and never just repeats your CTA louder.

  • Awareness: the nuance, exception, or counter-example that did not fit the post - no pitch, no product mention
  • Authority: a specific proof detail left out of the post (a number, named tool, or client outcome) - or a resource tease
  • Conversion: handles the objection already in the reader's head, or adds one proof point that makes the ask lower-risk
  • See sparkvox.io/help/first-comment-feature
Improved

AI images built from your hook, not your post

On-demand images no longer feed the model the first 500 characters and hope. Claude reads your post, pulls the opening hook, and writes a visual brief from the tension in that line - then fal.ai Flux renders a 16:9 LinkedIn image.

  • Visual brief from Claude Sonnet, anchored on the opening hook - not a literal illustration of the whole draft
  • Landscape, cinematic scene; no text anywhere in the frame
  • Hard-banned at generation: laptops, keyboards, screens, desks, phones, and generic office stock
  • Still free and on-demand; publishes with the post when you approve
  • See sparkvox.io/help/ai-images
Improved

Schedule without leaving the post

Pick a slot and hit Confirm straight from the post detail panel. Not connected to LinkedIn yet? You can do that in the same place. Date and time still pre-fill per LinkedIn channel from your last scheduled or published slot.

  • Inline scheduler expands from the Schedule button on pending drafts
  • Connect LinkedIn from the same panel when you are not linked yet
  • Per-channel pre-fill: last slot + 1 day, or tomorrow at 9:00 with no history
  • Reschedule on queued posts opens the full schedule modal
  • See sparkvox.io/help/scheduling-linkedin-posts
New

Suggested Schedule on Accelerate and Scale

One click auto-picks and books your slots at your chosen cadence - no modal, no calendar wrangling. Available on Accelerate and Scale.

  • Suggested Schedule books slots at your chosen cadence in one click
  • Accelerate and Scale only
  • Inline Confirm and Reschedule still available when you want to pick times yourself
  • See sparkvox.io/help/scheduling-linkedin-posts
Improved

Published posts sync back into Engage

Comments and performance data from SparkVox-published posts flow into Engage so you can see which posts actually did something. Inbox access is live for every Pro, Accelerate, and Scale subscriber - no allowlist required.

  • Comments and performance sync into Engage after publish
  • Inbox, People, and Ideas tabs on Pro and above
  • Nightly sync with 30-day backfill when you connect
  • See sparkvox.io/help/linkedin-comment-engagement
Improved

Analytics date ranges: 90 days and lifetime

Posting Impact and What's Working now share a date-range toggle beyond 7 and 30 days. Pick 90 days or Lifetime on every paid plan. The selection stays in the URL so you can share or bookmark a view.

  • Presets on Pro+: 7d, 30d, 90d, and Lifetime
  • Metric cards and What's Working filter posts by publish date in the selected window
  • Charts switch to weekly buckets when the span exceeds 90 days
  • Period-gains strip shows impression, profile view, click, and follower deltas when enough sync history exists
  • Custom from/to ranges later added on Accelerate and Scale
  • See sparkvox.io/help/linkedin-post-analytics
Improved

Onboarding redesigned around aha before ask

New users upload a recording, brief Sparky, watch processing, and review real drafts in the sprout tree before adding a card. Payment is the last step - after you have already seen posts in your voice.

  • Five steps: Upload → Brief Sparky → Processing → Your posts → Payment
  • Onboarding projects capped at 45 minutes; longer recordings unlock after the Pro trial starts
  • Meetings and cloud import work during onboarding without a paid plan
  • Sprout tree shows one unlocked draft per column; Start trial, Unlock, or Schedule (optional LinkedIn connect) continue to payment
  • See sparkvox.io/help/creating-your-account

July 2026

  • Connect with API key under Settings → Integrations → Meetings
  • Pick notes from New Project → Meetings (notes need summary + transcript on Granola)
  • Developer API: GET /api/v1/notetaker-meetings?provider=granola and POST /api/v1/projects with source_type notetaker
  • See sparkvox.io/for/granola and sparkvox.io/help/connecting-granola
New

Engage inbox for LinkedIn comments

Pro, Accelerate, and Scale can manage comments and reactions on SparkVox-published LinkedIn posts from a dedicated Engage section. Sync runs nightly with a 30-day backfill when you connect. Reply manually, mark threads done, see top engagers, and turn comment themes into content seeds.

  • Inbox tab: channel and funnel filters, manual replies, mark done
  • People tab: top engagers ranked by comments and reactions
  • Ideas tab: content seeds and audience FAQ from substantive comments
  • Company page comments sync day one; personal posts still need LinkedIn feed scope approval
Improved

Project review progress on the Projects list

Ready projects with posts now show how far you are through review. Each card displays a partial-fill ring and X/Y posts resolved in the footer. Resolved means approved, scheduled, or discarded - at 100% the ring becomes a solid green star.

  • Review progress ring on every ready project card
  • X/Y posts resolved counts approved, scheduled, and discarded drafts
  • Green star when every post in the project is resolved
Improved

Source yield benchmark on the project ready screen

When you finish processing, SparkVox compares this project's moment yield against your recent ready projects and shows a personalised benchmark. Project cards also show a compact yield label (X/Y posts).

  • Benchmark on the project ready screen after processing completes
  • Compares moments found vs posts generated against your last 12 ready projects (requires 3+)
  • Compact X/Y posts label on project list cards
New

LinkedIn mention tagging in the post editor

Tag people and company pages with real LinkedIn @ mentions before you publish. Type @ to search in your project editor, or paste a linkedin.com/in/ profile URL and SparkVox converts it to a mention chip that goes live as a native tag.

  • Works in the post body and first comment editor
  • Type @ and search after 3 characters - people and company pages
  • Paste linkedin.com/in/ profile URLs - converted to @ mention chips in place
  • Scoped to the LinkedIn channel you selected for that post
  • Requires an active LinkedIn connection in Settings → Integrations
  • See sparkvox.io/help/tagging-people-on-linkedin
New

Native LinkedIn post scheduler

Pro, Accelerate, and Scale now include a built-in scheduler with week and month calendar views. Smart schedule pre-fill runs on every paid plan.

  • Schedule button in your project (replaces Approve on paid plans)
  • Inline scheduler in the post drawer for first-time scheduling
  • Schedule for now or pick a future date and time with timezone shown

  • See sparkvox.io/help/scheduling-linkedin-posts
Improved

Post Analytics timing insights in What's Working

After enough direct LinkedIn publishes with impressions, Post Analytics surfaces best weekday and hour brackets in What's Working and weekly reports. Smart schedule pre-fill in the scheduler is separate - it uses your last slot per channel on every paid plan.

  • Learns from weekday and hour brackets on your direct publishes (5+ posts with impressions)
  • Scoped to channel and funnel stage when possible, then falls back to channel, funnel, or your full history
  • Personalised decay curve can note when your posts typically peak in impressions
  • See sparkvox.io/help/scheduling-linkedin-posts and sparkvox.io/help/linkedin-post-analytics
Improved

Personalised post decay curves in Post Analytics

Posting Impact no longer assumes every user loses half their profile-view momentum on the same 7-day curve. SparkVox learns your impression velocity from analytics sync history and adjusts the decay projection and coaching to match your actual rhythm.

  • Dotted decay line on profile views uses your history after 3+ direct LinkedIn publishes with enough sync snapshots
  • Coaching may show when your posts typically peak (for example 18 hours after publishing)
  • Personalised decay curve can note when your posts typically peak in impressions - separate from smart schedule pre-fill in the scheduler
  • Falls back to a standard curve until you have enough history
  • See sparkvox.io/help/linkedin-post-analytics
New

Voice regression detection

Voice Health now explains why edit rate is rising, not just that it is. When you keep making the same kinds of edits, Sparky clusters the pattern and updates your voice profile automatically.

  • Analyzes your last edited posts for tone, structure, and vocabulary changes
  • Surfaces findings in the Voice Profile drawer (for example stop generating question hooks)
  • Writes rules into your voice profile on the next approval - no manual settings change
  • Freshness nudge still appears when edits are up but no clear pattern is found
  • See sparkvox.io/help/voice-health-panel

Google Drive now uses Google's native file picker and drive.file scope - SparkVox accesses only files you explicitly choose. Start projects from MP3, TXT, or SRT files in Drive without downloading them first.

  • drive.file OAuth - pick files in Google's UI, not a full Drive browser
  • Import from cloud tab on new projects (MP3 up to 500 MB, TXT, SRT)
  • Attach media to posts uses the same connected Drive account
  • Reconnect Google Drive under Settings → Integrations if prompted after the scope update
New

  • Checkbox toggles for personal profile and each company page
  • Channel dropdown per post before you approve
  • Refresh company pages when LinkedIn adds a new admin'd page
  • Personal profile publishing remains on every plan

Attach images or MP4 from Google Drive in the post editor. YouTube projects use native captions when available for faster, more reliable ingestion.

  • Connect Google Drive under Settings → Integrations
  • Attach media from device or Drive picker (images up to 50 MB, MP4 up to 200 MB)
  • YouTube: captions first, then audio transcription when needed

Voice profile from transcripts and edits

The longer you use SparkVox, the better Sparky knows your voice. Sparky learns from every transcript you upload and from edits you make before approving - not LinkedIn scraping. Voice Confidence (0-100) is visible in Settings > Your Voice.

  • Tone, cadence, vocabulary, and hooks extracted per transcript
  • Edits before approve teach style corrections for future drafts
  • Profile merges and improves with each upload
  • Reset available in Settings > Your Voice

  • Project review entry point - jump straight to posts waiting for review
  • Needs Review counter - posts from your latest upload still awaiting approval

Improved

Adaptive suggestions

The suggestion engine remembers what you liked and what you dismissed. Over time it leans into the angles, formats, and topics that resonated and stops surfacing the ones you skipped.

New

First comment generation

SparkVox generates a suggested first comment alongside every post. The first comment - posted 5 minutes after your post goes live - signals engagement to the LinkedIn algorithm and extends your reach. This is now part of every post generation automatically.

New
