Question 1

How do you turn Fireflies recordings into LinkedIn posts?

Accepted Answer

Connect Fireflies in SparkVox, pick a finished call from New Project → Meetings, or upload a Fireflies recording or transcript export. Sparky extracts moments from the full conversation and drafts up to 15 LinkedIn posts in your voice. Review each draft, edit anything confidential, then publish or schedule to LinkedIn.

Question 2

Can I use SparkVox with Fireflies on Pro?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On Pro, export or download your Fireflies recording or transcript and upload it to SparkVox like any other project. You get the full draft review workflow, voice profile, and native LinkedIn publishing.

Question 3

What does Scale add for Fireflies users?

Accepted Answer

Scale adds unlimited processing each month. Meeting import from Fireflies works the same on Pro, Accelerate, and Scale via New Project → Meetings after you connect Fireflies under Settings → Integrations.

Question 4

Does SparkVox replace Fireflies?

Accepted Answer

No. Fireflies captures and transcribes your meetings. SparkVox repurposes those conversations into LinkedIn posts in your voice. Most teams use both.

Question 5

What file types can I import from Fireflies?

Accepted Answer

Upload MP3 audio, plain text transcripts (.txt), or SRT files from Fireflies exports. SparkVox transcribes audio when needed and builds your LinkedIn content strategy from the full conversation.

Question 6

How much does SparkVox cost?

Accepted Answer

SparkVox bills per minute of content processed. 14-day Pro trial. Free to sign up. Card required for full access. No charge until day 15. Pro from $97/month per seat. Accelerate at $297/month. Scale at $597/month. Fireflies manual import works on Pro. Call-end sync requires Scale.
