Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SparkVox ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SparkVox is a voice intelligence platform that captures expertise from your recordings and makes it visible on LinkedIn - in your voice, automatically. Projects process sales calls, advisory sessions, trainings, interviews, podcasts, and other long-form recordings (audio, video, or transcript files). Sparky transcribes when needed, extracts insight-rich moments, and drafts LinkedIn posts from what you actually said, using a voice profile that compounds with each upload. The Service is provided at app.sparkvox.io. You review drafts in your project's LinkedIn content strategy before anything publishes. Approved posts publish directly to LinkedIn when connected.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SparkVox. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

5. Recordings and Consent

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any recording you submit to SparkVox. If your recording includes other participants, you must have appropriate consent or authority to use that material for your own LinkedIn content. SparkVox does not verify participant consent on your behalf.

6. AI-Generated Content

SparkVox uses AI to draft LinkedIn posts from your recordings, transcripts, onboarding context, and compounding voice profile. Drafts are derived from your source material - not scraped from LinkedIn or written from a generic template. You are solely responsible for reviewing every draft before publishing. SparkVox makes no guarantees about the accuracy, tone, factual correctness, or compliance of generated content with LinkedIn's terms of service or any applicable laws. Do not publish AI-generated content without reviewing it first.

7. Subscription and Payments

SparkVox offers three paid plans: Pro at $97/month per seat, Accelerate at $297/month per seat, and Scale at $597/month per seat. Each Pro seat includes 4 hours (240 minutes) of plan processing time per month. Accelerate includes 8 hours of processing. Scale includes unlimited processing. All paid plans support creating projects from Fireflies, Fathom, Granola, Google Meet, Zoom, and Wispr Flownotetaker integrations. Plan minutes are always spent first; extra minutes from referral bonuses or review platform rewards (G2, Trustpilot, Google Business Profile) are used only after your monthly plan allotment runs out. Unused Pro plan time does not roll over each cycle. Unused Accelerate plan time rolls over every month with no expiration; if you downgrade from Accelerate to Pro, any accumulated rollover balance carries over as never-expiring bonus minutes rather than being forfeited. New users start with a 14-day Pro trial. A payment method is required at the end of the onboarding flow to activate the trial - not at the moment of account creation. No charge is made until day 15. • Payments are processed by Stripe. By adding a payment method you authorise Stripe to charge you per the pricing in effect at the time of each transaction.

8. Referral Program

SparkVox operates a referral program through the referral portal at refer.sparkvox.io with the following terms:

• Referrers: 20% of dollars spent by referred users on active paid subscriptions, paid as cash via Stripe Connect in the referral portal when available earnings reach a $25 minimum (monthly payouts).
• Referred users: 30 extra free minutes of processing time (one-time, never expires) when they complete onboarding via a valid referral link.

SparkVox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time and to withhold or reverse earnings obtained through fraudulent or abusive referral activity.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated content
• Create or operate fake personas or impersonate any person or organization
• Resell or represent AI-generated content as human-written advisory, legal, financial, or medical content without appropriate disclosure
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes any third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the underlying AI models or Service infrastructure

10. Intellectual Property

All content you submit (recordings, transcripts, text input) remains yours. SparkVox does not claim ownership over your inputs or the posts generated from them. Your voice profile is derived from your material and belongs to you. It is deleted when you delete your account. We retain all rights to the Service, underlying models, platform infrastructure, and technology.

11. Third-Party Integrations

SparkVox integrates with LinkedIn (personal profile and company page publishing with identity management), cloud storage providers Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive (optional), meeting notetakers Fireflies, Fathom, Granola, Google Meet, Zoom, and Wispr Flow (optional) for project creation from call recordings and transcripts. We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or data loss caused by these platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service.

In-app feature requests and community voting are available inside the Help drawer. Bug reports are available to any signed-in user in the Help drawer. Neither is part of the Developer API.

12. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Account deletion is permanent and immediate. All your data - posts, billing history, integration credentials, and account information - is hard-deleted with no possibility of recovery.

13. Service Availability

The Service is hosted on Netlify, Railway, and Supabase infrastructure. We make no uptime guarantees or SLA commitments unless you are on a plan that explicitly includes one. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time.

SparkVox utilizes third-party artificial intelligence engines, including Anthropic (Claude) and fal.ai (Flux), to generate text drafts, image visual briefs, and platform-optimized image graphics. We make no uptime guarantees or operational commitments regarding the continuous availability of these third-party underlying models, and are not liable for service degradation stemming from upstream API adjustments or outages.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SparkVox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Privacy and Cookies

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies on the marketing website (PostHog and Google Analytics 4 after you accept the consent banner; Meta Pixel separately) are described in our Cookie Policy.
