SparkVox is an AI-powered tool that converts voice notes and text messages into polished LinkedIn posts. The Service is provided via Telegram bot integration and third-party publishing platforms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SparkVox. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account and Access

Access to the Service is granted on a subscription basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates any third party's rights. You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish using SparkVox.

6. Intellectual Property

All content you submit remains yours. SparkVox does not claim ownership of your voice notes or the posts generated from them. We retain all rights to the underlying Service, models, and technology.

7. Payments and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no partial-month refunds are issued.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SparkVox does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. Always review posts before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkVox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
