After trial, Pro is $97/month per seat with 4 hours (240 minutes) and a 30-day scheduling horizon each month. Accelerate is $297/month per seat with 8 hours (480 minutes) and a 90-day horizon. Scale is $597/month per seat with unlimited processing and a 365-day scheduling horizon. On Pro, Accelerate, and Scale, connect Fireflies, Fathom, Granola, Google Meet, Zoom, and Wispr Flow under Settings → Integrations, then start a project from New Project → Meetings and pick a finished call. You can also export a recording or transcript and upload it manually. Plan minutes (your monthly included time) are always spent first. Extra minutes from referral bonuses or review platform rewards (G2, Trustpilot, Google Business Profile) are used only after your plan allotment runs out. Unused Pro plan time resets each billing cycle and does not roll over; unused Accelerate plan time rolls over every month with no expiration. Your balance is shown in hours and minutes - not credits.

How do I get started?

What happens if I cancel during the trial?

If you cancel before day 15, you are not charged. Pro access and your processing minutes continue until the trial end date. After that, your account becomes read-only until you resubscribe.

Will my calls or recordings be used to train AI models?

No. SparkVox uses Anthropic's commercial API - the same infrastructure enterprises use, not the consumer ChatGPT product. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, your inputs are not used to train AI models. Each call is stateless: Claude processes the content for that job and retains no memory of it afterwards. What lives in SparkVox's own database is your transcript (until you delete the project or your account), your voice profile, and your approved posts - the same data-at-rest question you would ask any SaaS tool. What if processing fails after I pay?

Your balance is checked before processing starts. You are only charged after a successful run. If a project fails after deduction, the processing time is refunded automatically.

How is duration billed?

Duration rounds up to the nearest minute. A 61-second clip is billed as 2 minutes.

Yes. Request one professional 16:9 LinkedIn image per post on demand. Sparky drafts a hook-anchored visual brief, then generates the image at no extra cost.

Can I import from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SparkVox connects to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive under Settings → Integrations, then lets you Import from cloud when you create a project. Pick an MP3, TXT, or SRT in the provider's file picker without downloading locally. On Google Drive you can also pick a native Google Doc - SparkVox exports it to text and runs the transcript pipeline. You can also attach images or MP4 from cloud storage when editing posts in SparkVox. SparkVox's Developer API supports source_type cloud with providers google-drive, dropbox, or onedrive (MP3, SRT, and Google Docs on google-drive via API; use source_type transcript for plain text). Can I publish to LinkedIn company pages?

Yes. When you connect LinkedIn, SparkVox loads every company page you administer. Under Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn, enable which identities can post (checkboxes next to each page). In the post editor, use the channel dropdown to pick your personal profile or an enabled company page before you approve. Each draft can target a different identity. Use Refresh company pages if a new page does not appear yet.

Can I schedule LinkedIn posts from SparkVox?

Connect LinkedIn in Settings → Integrations. From your project's LinkedIn content strategy, publish immediately or schedule for a future date and time (paid plans). Type @ in the post body or first comment to tag people and company pages, or paste a linkedin.com/in/ profile URL to convert it to a mention chip. The Schedule page shows week and month calendar views - drag posts to reschedule. First-time scheduling uses an inline bar in the post drawer; Reschedule opens the full modal for queued posts. Smart schedule pre-fill runs on every paid plan. SparkVox warns you before your queue runs dry with a Schedule badge, sidebar card, and Schedule page banner. After enough direct publishes with impressions, Post Analytics shows timing insights in What's Working. Posts auto-publish via LinkedIn's official API at the time you confirmed. Nothing queues without your review and confirmation first. Post Analytics, cloud import, meeting import, and auto-drafted first comments queued 5 minutes after publish are included on Pro, Accelerate, and Scale. How do referrals work?

Accepted Answer

Referrers earn 20% of dollars spent by referred users on active paid subscriptions. For example: a referred user paying $97/month earns $19.40 in commission. Create a free referrer account at refer.sparkvox.io to get your link and manage Stripe Connect payouts ($25 minimum, paid monthly). Referred users receive 30 bonus minutes (one-time, never expires) when they complete onboarding via your link.

What if I run out of time mid-month?

Accepted Answer

Processing is checked before it starts, so a project never begins without enough balance. If you run out of included time mid-month, wait for your plan to renew or upgrade to Accelerate or Scale from billing settings.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from billing settings at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period or trial, then your account becomes read-only until you resubscribe. You can resume a pending cancellation from billing settings before access ends.
