Does SparkVox work with Fathom Notetaker?
Direct answer
Yes. SparkVox has a native Fathom integration. Connect your Fathom account under Settings → Integrations, then pick your Fathom recordings from the Meetings tab when creating a new project. SparkVox imports the recording server-side - no manual download required - and extracts LinkedIn post drafts from the transcript in your voice.
What the Fathom integration does
After connecting Fathom in Settings → Integrations, your recent Fathom recordings appear in the Meetings tab when you create a new project in SparkVox. Select a recording, choose a source kind (Sales & Advisory for most calls, Knowledge & Advisory for trainings), pick a perspective (Expert or Advisor), and SparkVox imports and processes the recording. You do not need to download the file from Fathom and re-upload it to SparkVox - the import happens server-side.
What Fathom gives you vs what SparkVox adds
Fathom produces transcripts, meeting summaries, and action items - tools for follow-up and note-taking. SparkVox adds the step Fathom stops short of: turning what was actually said on the call into LinkedIn posts in your voice. The two tools work at different points in the same pipeline. Fathom captures the call; SparkVox extracts the content worth publishing.
What types of Fathom recordings work best
Sales calls where you explain your approach or push back on assumptions, advisory sessions where you share frameworks, podcast guest appearances recorded via Zoom or Teams, and any call where you said something your LinkedIn audience would benefit from reading. Quick status updates and scheduling calls rarely contain enough insight-dense material to produce strong posts.
