How do project folders work in SparkVox?

Direct answer

Project folders are colour-coded groups on the Projects page that keep related work separate without changing review or publish flows. The main list shows only unfiled projects; open a folder to see its members. Add projects by drag-and-drop onto a folder card, the folder icon on a project card, or multi-select with the bulk Add to folder bar. A project can belong to more than one folder. Pro includes 1 folder, Accelerate 3, and Scale 6.

Keeping the main list clean

Folders live in a row above your project cards. The default Projects view hides filed work so client lanes, podcast series, and personal brand experiments do not compete for attention. Collapse or expand the Folders row from the section header; drag folder cards to reorder them.

Filing without losing projects

Removing a project from a folder does not delete the project or its drafts. Inside a folder, use Remove from folder in the bulk bar or uncheck folders in the card menu. Deleting a folder only removes the grouping - projects stay and remain in any other folders they belong to.

Agency and multi-brand workflows

Agencies often create one folder per client or show while sharing the same SparkVox account. Because a project can sit in multiple folders, the same recording can live under a client name and a content-series label without duplicating work.

Yes. Use the folder icon on a project card or the bulk bar to add it to as many folders as your plan allows.

Downgrading removes folders above your new plan limit and unfiles those projects. If your subscription ends, all folders are removed; projects remain unfiled.
