What are schedule runway reminders in SparkVox?

Direct answer

Schedule runway reminders warn you before your LinkedIn posting queue runs dry. SparkVox tracks how many days remain until your last queued post publishes on each connected channel. When the soonest-empty channel is running low, you see a Schedule nav badge, a persistent sidebar card at critical levels, and an amber banner on the Schedule page - so you queue another batch before your feed goes quiet, not after.

When alerts appear

A Schedule nav badge shows when your queue ends within 7 days or you have only 2 posts left on the channel that will go empty first. A persistent sidebar card appears when critical - 3 days or fewer, or only one queued post left - with days remaining, the date your last post publishes, and which channel is at risk. Remind me later snoozes the sidebar card for 7 days; it returns if the queue gets worse.

Multi-channel queues

If you publish to a personal profile and company pages, alerts focus on whichever channel will go quiet first. An empty queue shows Your schedule is empty - queue more posts from your projects before the last publish date passes.

What to do when warned

Treat the runway warning as a refill signal: approve more drafts from recent projects, drag posts on the Schedule calendar to spread them out, or process a new recording. Pair scheduling with Engage so you still reply during the first 60-90 minutes after each publish.

Related questions

No. Dismissing the amber banner is separate from Remind me later on the sidebar card, which snoozes only the card for 7 days.
