LinkedIn Company Page Content Calendar: A Weekly Template

A default weekly split for personal and company posts - what to publish Monday through Friday, monthly themes, and how one recording can supply both channels without a separate ideation calendar.

LinkedIn Company Page Content Calendar: A Weekly Template
On this page

Most founders do not need another content calendar app. They need a simple weekly template that answers: what goes on my personal profile, what goes on the company page, and where does the material come from without inventing new ideas every Sunday night. This is that template - a default rhythm you can run on recordings you already have.

The default weekly split

Personal profile: 2-3 posts. Opinion, lessons, market takes, founder journey. These build your network and win the early engagement window.

Company page: 1-2 posts. Customer proof, team craft, employer brand, or category education. These build trust with prospects and candidates who check the logo after seeing you personally.

If you only have bandwidth for four posts total, use three personal and one company - but do not skip the company post for a month. A dormant page undermines personal credibility.

Monday through Friday template

Monday - Personal (Awareness). A hook-driven take from a recent call or interview. Goal: reach and profile views.

Tuesday - Company (Proof). Customer outcome or implementation story from the same week's calls. Goal: prospect due diligence. See customer win posts.

Wednesday - Personal (Authority). Framework or how-to from a workshop, podcast, or internal session. Goal: saves and substantive comments.

Thursday - Optional company (Craft or hiring). Team spotlight, how-we-work post, or hiring context - especially during recruiting pushes. See employer brand when hiring.

Friday - Personal (Light) or repost. Shorter observation, or refresh a strong older post. Company page can skip if Tuesday and Thursday covered the week.

Stay online 30-45 minutes after each publish to reply - the engagement playbook applies to both channels.

Monthly themes (keep both channels aligned)

Pick one business theme per month - onboarding, pricing, team culture, a product bet. Personal posts explore your perspective on that theme. Company posts show proof and craft related to it. Alignment helps LinkedIn's ranking model see consistency without duplicate copy.

Where the posts come from

One recording per week often supplies the whole calendar:

  • Sales or success call - personal objection take + company win story
  • Internal training - personal lesson + company craft post
  • Podcast or interview - personal opinion + company methodology

Upload once in SparkVox, review your drafts, route drafts to the right channel per post. One recording, two channels covers the workflow.

When you have a team

Founders post personally; marketing or ops owns company page scheduling; employees amplify win posts. See who posts what when founder, company page, and team all matter.
