Strategy Behind This Post: Why SparkVox Shows Its Work
Transcript quote, funnel job, distinctiveness score, column brief, and learned voice rules - what the Strategy behind this post drawer shows before you approve.
Colour-coded project folders keep client work, podcast episodes, and brand lanes separate on the Projects page - without changing how you review or publish.

The Projects page fills up fast when you repurpose consistently. A sales call on Monday, a podcast guest spot on Wednesday, a client workshop on Friday - each one becomes a project with a dozen drafts waiting for review. Without structure, the list turns into a backlog you dread opening.
Project folders fix that. They are colour-coded groups on the Projects page that keep related work together without hiding anything you still need to process.
The main Projects list shows only unfiled projects - recordings you have not grouped yet. Colour-coded folder cards sit above that list. Open a folder to see only the projects inside it.
A project can belong to more than one folder. That matters when the same recording fits multiple contexts - a client call that is also source material for a podcast series, or a workshop that feeds both a personal brand and a company page content plan.
Removing a project from a folder does not delete the project - it just becomes unfiled again on the main list.
Agencies and operators running multiple client voices benefit most. One folder per client keeps review queues separate without switching accounts. Your team sees only the projects that belong to the client they are working on.
Founders with more than one content lane use folders to split personal thought leadership from company page material, or podcast episodes from sales call repurposing.
Podcasters with multiple shows can give each feed its own folder once episodes land as projects from Podcast RSS sync or manual import.
Folder count depends on your plan: Pro includes 1 folder, Accelerate includes 3, Scale includes 6. If you downgrade, folders above your new limit are removed and their projects become unfiled. If your subscription ends, all folders are removed - projects stay.

Everything inside a folder uses the same sprout tree review, voice profile, relevance scoring, and scheduling flow as unfiled projects. Folders change what you see on the Projects page - not how Sparky writes or how posts publish.
If your Projects page is starting to feel like a todo list instead of a content pipeline, folders are the smallest change that makes the page usable again.

Moments found vs posts curated: why SparkVox dropped weak candidates instead of padding to 15 drafts, and what that means for review quality.

Easy to onboard a client and never check back on whether they're using what's included. Here's what an underused account signals, and what a consistently maxed-out one signals instead.
Your calls and interviews are already the content. SparkVox writes the posts in your voice - upload one recording and see the drafts before you're charged.
