Voice Confidence is the 0-100% score under Settings, then Your Voice. It answers one question: how much transcript material has Sparky learned your style from - not how good your writing is.
Every project transcript updates your structured voice profile: tone, sentence style, vocabulary, hooks, banned words, paragraph rhythm, and structural patterns. The confidence score rises as more distinct transcripts are counted - not when you re-process the same file.
The curve is intentionally front-loaded. Your first episode might move you from 0% to ~39%. The second jumps again. By five or six episodes you are near the cap (~95%). Early projects teach Sparky fast; later ones refine what is already there.
When you edit a draft in the sprout tree before approving, SparkVox can extract style corrections from the diff and append them to your profile. Voice Confidence tracks transcript volume; edits track nuance.
