Weekly LinkedIn Performance Reports: What to Do With Them on Monday

Post Analytics weekly reports and the Monday digest turn metrics into coaching. Here is a ten-minute Monday routine - channel breakdowns, Sparky recommendations, and one action for the week ahead.

Weekly LinkedIn Performance Reports: What to Do With Them on Monday
On this page

Checking analytics daily produces noise, not decisions - one post spikes, one flops, and neither tells you what to do next. The people who actually improve treat performance review as a weekly rhythm instead: same day, same ten minutes, looking at the week as a whole instead of chasing yesterday's number.

The Weekly reports tab in SparkVox is built around that rhythm. It delivers Sparky's full write-up for each week you published - and a Monday digest email points you there when you have Pro, Accelerate, or Scale. Ten minutes every Monday beats guessing what to post next.

What each weekly report contains

When you published at least one direct LinkedIn post that week, Weekly reports shows metrics aligned with Posting Impact: profile views with lift vs your typical week, impressions, engagement rate, followers gained, and narrative coaching from Sparky. If you skipped a week but have publish history, you may see re-engagement context instead - a nudge to return to rhythm without shame-spiral metrics.

Posts group under the projects they came from so you can trace performance back to source recordings, not only post titles in a feed.

By channel breakdown

When you published from more than one LinkedIn identity in the same week - personal profile plus one or more company pages - the report adds a By channel section. Each identity gets post count, profile views, impressions, engagement, and followers gained separately. Timing coaching per channel may appear in quick wins when enough history exists.

Use this to answer "Are we neglecting the company page?" not "Which single post won?" See reading channel analytics.

A Monday routine that actually sticks

  1. Open Weekly reports from the digest email or Post Analytics tab.
  2. Read Sparky's recommendation - often a funnel shift or topic to repeat.
  3. Cross-check What's Working for topic rankings on the same date range.
  4. Plan one action - approve one draft from an existing project, upload a new recording, or schedule two posts for days you can reply live.
  5. Open Engage if comments are waiting on last week's publishes.

What not to do on Monday

  • Rewrite your entire strategy from one bad week.
  • Compare personal impressions to company impressions without channel filters.
  • Schedule seven posts because engagement dipped - volume without quality makes it worse.

Connecting reports to next week's calendar

Weekly coaching feeds the same signals as What's Working topic rankings and future draft generation. Build your calendar from a recording, schedule natively, review on Monday, adjust. That loop turns analytics from vanity numbers into next week's approvals.
