Connecting Google Meet

Link Google Meet for the Meetings import tab and transcript access.

Pro, Accelerate, or Scale required. Go to Settings → Integrations → Meetings → Google Meet and sign in with Google. SparkVox requests read-only access to your email, Meet conference metadata (meetings.space.readonly), Meet-related Drive files (drive.meet.readonly), and transcript Google Docs (documents.readonly) solely to import meetings you choose.

Requirements

  • Google Workspace or personal Google account with Meet recordings enabled.
  • Meet recordings and transcripts saved to Google Drive (SparkVox reads transcript Docs you select).
  • Recordings are only available from Google for 30 days after the meeting ends.

Import a call

After connecting, open New Project → Meetings → Google Meet and select a finished meeting. SparkVox fetches the transcript server-side and starts processing like any other project. See Import a project from meetings for the full workflow.
