Connecting Granola

Link Granola for the Meetings import tab and transcript access.

Pro, Accelerate, or Scale required. Go to Settings → Integrations → Meetings → Granola and paste your Granola API key. SparkVox stores the key encrypted and uses it only to list notes and fetch transcripts you select.

Requirements

  • Granola Business or Enterprise plan (API keys are not available on free Granola plans).
  • Create an API key in the Granola desktop app under Settings → Connectors → API keys.
  • Only notes that already have an AI summary and transcript appear in the SparkVox picker.

Import a note

After connecting, open New Project → Meetings → Granola and select a finished note. SparkVox fetches the transcript server-side and starts processing like any other project. See Import a project from meetings for the full workflow.

If Granola deletes a transcript per workspace policy, the note may still exist but SparkVox cannot import it. Notes still processing on Granola's side are excluded from the list.
