Creating your account

Sign up at app.sparkvox.io/signup with email and password. After you confirm your email, a one-time onboarding wizard walks you through your first project before asking for payment. The 14-day Pro trial starts when you add a card at the end of onboarding (full Pro features, 240 minutes of processing). No charge is made until day 15.

Plans

After the trial, Pro is $97/month per seat with 4 hours (240 minutes) of processing time each billing cycle. Accelerate is $297/month with 8 hours (480 minutes) and a 90-day scheduling horizon. Scale is $597/month per seat with unlimited processing each month. Unused included time resets each cycle and does not roll over.

If you cancel a paid subscription or trial, your account stays on Pro, Accelerate, or Scale access until the end of the current billing period or trial. Billing shows Subscription cancelled · Access continues until [date] with a Resume subscription option. Read-only access starts only after that date. You can view projects, drafts, and post history while access continues, but cannot create new projects or schedule posts once read-only.

Onboarding (five steps)

New users complete a one-time onboarding wizard on first login. Until you finish the payment step, the app runs in a focused onboarding mode without the dashboard sidebar. Existing users who already completed onboarding skip it automatically.

1. Upload - create your first project (YouTube URL, file upload, pasted transcript, or cloud/meeting import). Choose source kind (Knowledge & Advisory or Podcast / Interview) and perspective on the same form. Meetings and cloud import work during onboarding without a paid plan. Onboarding projects are capped at 45 minutes so you see results fast; longer recordings unlock after you start your Pro trial. Processing does not start until step 2.
2. Brief Sparky - tell Sparky who you are (at least 100 characters, up to 4,000). Saving triggers transcription and post generation on your uploaded project. Editable anytime under Settings > Brief Sparky. See sparkvox.io/help/brief-sparky.
3. Processing - live progress while Sparky transcribes, finds moments, and drafts posts (about 4 minutes).
4. Your posts - review your sprout tree. The top post in each funnel column is fully interactive; other cards stay locked until you start your trial. Use Start trial, Unlock on a locked card, or Schedule on a preview post (optional LinkedIn connect, or skip) to continue to payment.
5. Payment - add a card to start your 14-day Pro trial and unlock the full app (dashboard, sidebar, all posts). No charge until day 15.

You can connect LinkedIn during step 4 when you tap Schedule on a preview post, or anytime later under Settings > Integrations. Source kind and perspective from step 1 shape every project post; update defaults under Settings > Project Presets. See sparkvox.io/help/source-and-lens.
