Deleting your account
Permanently delete your SparkVox account and what happens to your data.
You can permanently delete your SparkVox account from Settings → Profile → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your profile, onboarding answers, and voice profile
- All projects, posts, and transcripts
- Integration credentials (LinkedIn, cloud storage, meeting tools)
- Billing records in SparkVox (your Stripe customer may remain in Stripe for legal/tax records)
- In-app support chat history with Sparky
- Media files stored for your account on SparkVox (project audio, post images, bug-report attachments)
If you have an active paid subscription, SparkVox cancels it as part of account deletion when applicable.
Deleting a project only
To remove one project without closing your account, delete the project from your projects list. The project card disappears immediately; SparkVox removes the project, its posts, and associated media in the background.
