What the bell icon tells you and how to act on alerts.

The notifications bell in the top bar shows project updates, billing alerts, and referral earnings. Click a notification to jump to the relevant project or settings page.

Common notification types

TypeMeaning
Project readyProcessing finished - open your sprout tree to review posts.
Awaiting speakerPick your voice on a multi-speaker interview before posts generate.
Project failedProcessing did not complete - credits for the processing fee are refunded.
Low balanceCredits are running low - top up or enable auto top-up.
Image readyAn AI image you requested has finished generating.
Referral earnedYou received processing time from a referred user's purchase.
