In-app notifications
What the bell icon tells you and how to act on alerts.
The notifications bell in the top bar shows project updates, billing alerts, and referral earnings. Click a notification to jump to the relevant project or settings page.
Common notification types
| Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Project ready | Processing finished - open your project to review drafts. |
| Awaiting speaker | Pick your voice on a multi-speaker interview before posts generate. |
| Project failed | Processing did not complete - processing time for the run is refunded. |
| Post scheduled | You queued a LinkedIn post for a future publish time. |
| Scheduled post published | A queued post went live on LinkedIn at the scheduled time. |
| Scheduled post failed | A queued post could not publish - open Schedule or your project to fix and reschedule. |
| Brief Sparky suggestion | Sparky spotted a recurring theme missing from your brief - open Settings > Brief Sparky. |
| Voice profile update | Sparky applied new style rules from your recent edits (voice learning or regression detection). |
| Low balance | Processing time is running low - subscribe or wait for your plan to renew. |
| Image ready | An AI image you requested has finished generating. |
| Referral earned | You received referral commission from a referred user's subscription. |
