LinkedIn comment engagement
See and reply to comments on SparkVox-published posts, find top engagers, and turn audience comments into content suggestions.
On Pro, Accelerate, and Scale, SparkVox syncs LinkedIn comments and reactions on posts you published directly through the app. Open Engage in the app sidebar to reply, mark threads done, see who engages most with your content, and turn substantive comments into ideas for your next project.
Three tabs
- Inbox - see comments on your SparkVox-published posts; filter by funnel stage or LinkedIn channel; reply manually; mark threads done
- People - top engagers with funnel filter, sort dropdown, and Export CSV; mark contacted or dismiss from row actions
- Ideas - content suggestions extracted from substantive comments; Start project to open a new project pre-filled with the topic
Inbox toolbar
- Funnel filter (All, Awareness, Authority, Conversion) - limits open comments to posts tagged with that funnel stage
- Last synced - when a post is selected, shows when comments were last pulled from LinkedIn
- Refresh - pull the latest comments for the selected post (about once per minute)
- Show done - include handled threads and posts with no open comments
- Channel - filter to one LinkedIn identity (personal profile or company page)
Company vs personal sync
Company page comments sync as soon as org scopes are granted on your LinkedIn app. Personal profile comments need LinkedIn to approve the member feed scope on your app. Until then, Engage shows an amber Company live · personal pending note next to the tabs - company page threads work; personal threads stay empty. Reconnect LinkedIn under Settings → Integrations after approval to backfill the last 30 days of personal comments.
How sync works
Comments sync after publish and on a nightly schedule (4am UTC). When you connect or reconnect LinkedIn, SparkVox backfills the last 30 days. New comments can appear in the open thread without reloading; the Engage sidebar badge updates when new comments arrive. On Inbox, select a post to see Last synced, then use Refresh to pull the latest from LinkedIn (about once per minute). Reply posts a manual LinkedIn comment; Reply on a comment threads a nested reply; Mark done clears a thread from your open inbox without replying.
SparkVox stores commenter display names, headlines, avatars, and comment text to power the inbox and Ideas tab. See sparkvox.io/privacy for how commenter data is handled.
