How projects work

Turn every call and recording into LinkedIn posts - capture expertise, review in your sprout tree, publish in your voice.

A project is how SparkVox captures expertise from a single recording and makes it visible on LinkedIn. Every call, session, interview, or podcast episode you upload is a content asset - SparkVox extracts up to 15 insight-rich moments and writes one LinkedIn post per moment in your voice.

Every repurposing job starts as a project in the web app. Upload a recording, review drafts in that project's sprout tree, and publish when ready.

  1. Create a project from Projects in the app (URL, file upload, or transcript).
  2. Wait for processing - status updates on the project page.
  3. Review drafts in your sprout tree - up to 15 posts per project.
  4. Edit, request images, approve, and publish to your connected tool.

Open any past project from the Projects page to revisit its sprout tree. Pending drafts, approved posts, and skipped moments stay attached to that recording.

Credits are charged per minute of content processed, rounded up. Moment extraction, post generation, and on-demand images in the sprout tree are included in that fee.
