Reporting a bug

How to file a bug report from inside the SparkVox web app.

Any signed-in user can file a bug report. Open the Help drawer from the top bar, then select the **Bugs** tab. Describe what went wrong, which page you were on, and optionally attach a screenshot. SparkVox records the report and opens a tracked issue for the engineering team.

Bug reports can only be submitted from inside the signed-in web app. There is no public API or standalone form for filing bugs - always use the Bugs tab.

For product ideas (not broken behavior), use the Features tab in the same Help drawer to request and vote on features.
