Reviewing and publishing posts

Review project posts in your voice, request images, and publish or schedule when ready.

When Sparky finishes processing a project, your LinkedIn content strategy appears as draft cards grouped by Awareness, Authority, and Conversion. Each card is one LinkedIn post from a curated moment (relevance 70+), written in your voice from what you actually said. Long recordings may yield fewer than 15 posts when weaker moments are culled. Nothing publishes or schedules without your confirmation in Schedule - you stay in control of what reaches your feed.

  1. Review each draft in your project.
  2. Request a free AI image if you want one.
  3. Edit the post text and first comment if needed.
  4. Type @ in the editor to tag people or company pages on LinkedIn, or paste a linkedin.com/in/ URL to convert it to a mention chip.
  5. On paid plans, click Schedule to confirm date and time or publish now. Free accounts review drafts but need a paid plan to publish through SparkVox.

Status icons on each card

  • Green check - published to LinkedIn
  • Amber clock - scheduled and queued (not live yet)
  • Red X - discarded

Scheduled posts show a Reschedule button (not a disabled label) so you can change the time or cancel schedule and return the draft to pending. See sparkvox.io/help/scheduling-linkedin-posts.

To find posts from a past recording, open that project from the Projects page. Each project keeps its own draft plan with pending, scheduled, published, and discarded drafts.

Edit the draft directly in the post panel before opening Schedule.

If you change a post meaningfully before confirming with Schedule, Sparky may learn style rules from your edits to improve future projects. See sparkvox.io/help/tagging-people-on-linkedin for @ mention tagging.
